With a diverse background spanning enterprise banking and startup growth, Alicia most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at The Home Equity Partners, where she was instrumental in building the business from inception and scaling its presence across the mortgage industry. Known for her strong broker network and a proven track record in strategic sales and leadership, she is dedicated to driving growth and fostering deep industry relationships. Alicia holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario.
