Hollie Gardiner holds a B.Comm from Dalhousie University and brings over five years of mortgage underwriting experience. With a background in global tech partnerships, she transitioned to the mortgage industry in 2016 and has since worked with top lenders and brokerages.

She underwrites with a conservative, equity-based approach to ensure secure, high-quality investments. In 2022, Hollie was awarded Private Lender Underwriter of the Year at the Canadian Mortgage Awards.
