Victor Brewda brings over 35 years of experience in the private and subprime lending sectors, including his tenure as a manager with RBC. As part of the underwriting team for construction mortgages, Victor offers deep expertise in both real estate and construction financing.

He maintains an open-door policy and is always willing to meet with clients face-to-face, believing that clear and honest communication is essential to building trust and ensuring successful outcomes.

In addition to his role at Secure Capital MIC, Victor is a licensed realtor and owner of Forest Hill Real Estate Inc. Brokerage (Oakville Branch). He is also a partner in a construction company and a member of The Law Society. His diverse background allows him to assess and secure qualified mortgage deals that meet rigorous underwriting standards.
